Pull Type Tubular Solenoid

Pull Type Tubular Solenoid S-20-100X
Series S-20-100X
1.00" DIA X 2.00"
[25.4 mm DIA X 50.8 mm]
TOTAL WEIGHT: 6.2 OUNCES [176 GR]
PLUNGER WEIGHT: 1.6 OUNCES [45 GR]

The pull-type tubular solenoid series S-20-100X features 18 different standard solenoids based on voltage, duty cycle, force and stroke requirements. Force ranges from 61 N (220 Oz) at near zero (hold) and 10% duty cycle to 1.1 N (4 Oz) at 25.4mm (1.0 inch) and continuous (100%) duty cycle.

This series typically utilizes class F (155 deg C) coil windings of 23 to 40 AWG and lead wires with class A (100 deg C) PVC insulation to protect the solenoid during long duty cycles. Higher temperature insulations are available upon request.

These solenoids are ideal for valve controls, door controls, cabinet locks, disconnects, transmission shifting, fire suppression systems, medical dispensing, mixing, and sorting equipment.

These clean, highly efficient, low cost, precise tubular solenoids utilize noncaptive plungers (actuators) with a clevis end for load attachment. A low-friction brass guide and PTFE coating on the plunger assures long life.
